FLOOR TILE

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking quotations for the supply of floor tiles. The requirement is for 48 each of five different types of Armstrong Excelon floor tiles. The tiles must be delivered to the receiving officer at the TRIREFFAC, 7000 Finback Circle, B-7000, Door 12, Silverdale, WA 98315. The delivery is estimated to be by 30 Jul 2026. The contractor must provide a certificate of habitability with the supplies delivered under the contract. The certificate must originate from and be signed by the manufacturer of the material. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to packaging, marking, and shipping. • The contractor must provide proof of delivery, which may include a unique package identification number for each package. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a designated electronic business point of contact. • The contractor must submit payment requests and receiving reports electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. • The contractor must provide a signed certificate of habitability with the supplies delivered under the contract. • The contractor must comply with the requirements of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
