RFI Traffic Systems Maintenance and Repairs

The United States Army is seeking information from industry for an upcoming requirement for Traffic Systems Maintenance and Repairs service contract at Tobyhanna Army Depot. The contract will involve semiannual preventative maintenance and repairs of the traffic system and its closely associated components. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the work. Some key aspects of the contract include: • The contractor must have a current and active registration in SAM.gov and not show any Active Exclusions. • The contractor must be found responsible in accordance with FAR 9.1 – Responsibility of Prospective Contractor. • The contractor must comply with all Federal and State requirements governing safety and health protection on construction sites and other applicable occupational safety codes. • The contractor must protect streams, lakes, and wetlands from sediment discharges caused by their activities. • The contractor must not disturb any migratory bird, their nesting area, or offspring during the implementation of this contract. • The contractor must comply with TYAD's general recycling plan for recyclable materials. The contractor will be required to develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
