Term Contract for Professional Services for Environmental Engineering

This solicitation seeks a qualified firm to provide environmental‑engineering professional services on an as‑needed basis for Virginia Tech campuses across the Commonwealth. The work will be issued through individual “Project Orders” during a one‑year term (with up to three one‑year renewal options) and may include cost estimating, design, compliance, remediation studies, and related technical consulting. The award will be a term‑contract with a ceiling of $10 M per year and a $2.5 M limit per individual project order. • Provide environmental‑engineering consulting (feasibility studies, design, cost estimates, compliance reports, etc.) on an “as‑needed” basis. • Work will be ordered via project‑order contracts; each order may be up to $2.5 M, with a total annual ceiling of $10 M. • Award up to four term contracts; each term is one year with optional three‑year extensions, subject to performance and funding. • Vendor must be a Virginia‑licensed A/E firm, registered in eVA, and meet small‑business participation goals (minimum 50 % spend with certified small businesses). • Proposals due 16 July 2026, with inquiries to be submitted by 6 July 2026; all submissions are electronic via the Jaggaer portal.
