Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 02, is soliciting from a single source to obtain service and maintenance for the Rotronic temperature and humidity monitoring system. The contract will include all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and materials required to perform maintenance, calibration, and technical support of Rotronic temperature and humidity monitoring devices. This service requires on-site support, data reporting, and replacement devices.
• The period of performance is from May 1st, 2026, through April 30, 2027, with an additional four option year periods after completion of the base period.
• The place of performance is the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System, 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424-1159.
• Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
• Responses shall include proof of manufacturer certification to perform maintenance and on-site support.
