Sole Source to Fiba Technologies Inc. for Bank Bottlefield Replacement per attachments

The Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is soliciting a sole source contract to Fiba Technologies Inc. for the replacement of bank bottlefield bottles. The contract requires Fiba Technologies to manufacture two banks of bottles to replace the aging and leaking legacy banks within NEDU's bottlefield. The bottles must meet specific design and cleaning standards, including a 3,169 psi pressure vessel, DOT-UN pressure vessel, and 10-year retest requirement.
