Description
Memorial Healthcare System is seeking proposals from qualified insurance carriers to provide Basic Life Insurance and Supplemental Life Insurance for eligible employees and their dependents. The selected carrier will be responsible for plan implementation, eligibility management, claims adjudication, evidence of insurability processing, portability/conversion options, and beneficiary record maintenance. The carrier must also integrate with Memorial Healthcare System's HRIS platform, Workday. Key services required include:
