Description
The City of Leola is seeking qualified engineering firms to develop and submit professional engineering and consulting services for Arkansas Parks and Tourism grant applications, and to provide engineering support if a grant is awarded. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SoQ) outlining their experience, capabilities, and relevant staff to Mayor Virginia Harrison by the stated deadline. The city reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and may waive informalities.
• Provide engineering and consulting assistance for grant preparation and award phases
• Must demonstrate experience with park, tourism, and public‑sector projects in Arkansas
• Submit SoQ via email to the mayor by June 2, 2026, 10:00 a.m.
• Evaluation based on qualifications; no formal bid or price proposal required at this stage
