Operations & Maintenance and Necessary Improvements (OMNI)

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking a contractor to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for their IT systems. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, maintainability, and compliance of these systems. The scope of work includes delivering explicit Development, Modernization, and Enhancement (DM&E) for new feature delivery within the existing systems. The contractor may also be required to extend well-functioning solutions to other FPAC agencies and contribute to broader FPAC modernization initiatives.
