Description
Luzerne County is soliciting a qualified pest‑control contractor to provide comprehensive, monthly (and quarterly for the boiler plant) inspection and treatment services for a wide array of county buildings, correctional facilities, and senior centers across the county. The contractor must be Pennsylvania‑licensed, supply all labor, tools, chemicals, and documentation (MSDS), respond to any pest reports within 24 hours, and invoice monthly. The contract runs for one year (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2027) with a possible one‑year extension and may be awarded to a single provider or split among multiple providers at the County’s discretion.
