Description
The Town of Tabor City is seeking bids for the Water Supply Well Improvements project, which includes the installation of a new SCADA system, replacement and installation of new electrical components, and installation of new emergency generators. The project is funded by the Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to federal CDBG requirements. Bidders must comply with Section 109 and E.O. 11246, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Davis Bacon Act, Anti-Kickback Act, and Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. The Town of Tabor City reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids.
• The project includes the installation of a new SCADA system at all existing well sites.
• Replacement and installation of new electrical components at Well #101, Well #102, and Well #104.
• Installation of new emergency generators at Well #102 and Well #104.
• The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) requirements.
• Bidders must be registered with SAM.gov and not on the NC Debarred Vendors list.
