Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 16, Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) is seeking to procure a WAVEMARK HF3000 SMART Inventory Management Cabinet System and associated supplies and services for the Dental Service. The system must integrate seamlessly with existing VAMC supply chain workflows and meet all VA regulatory, cybersecurity, and facility standards. The project covers system procurement, installation, configuration, staff training, documentation, warranty, and ongoing maintenance support.
Key features of the system include:
• Automated tracking and identification of items using passive or active RFID tags
• Real-time inventory levels accessible to authorized users
• User authentication via badge access, PIN, PIV, or other VA-approved authentication
• Customizable reporting for usage, consumption trends, and audit history
• Integration with VistA/IFCAP, DMLSS/LogiCole, or other VA systems where applicable
The contractor must provide comprehensive training, including on-site training, training modules, and digital user manuals. The system must meet VA cybersecurity and privacy requirements, Section 508 Accessibility Standards, and CAVHS Safety and Facility policies.
