Description
Murray State University is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish the second‑floor renovation of its Information & Technology building. The scope covers all new furniture for labs, classrooms, offices, a Security Operations Center, and collaborative spaces, with delivery, installation, and on‑site protection requirements. Bids must reference the applicable Kentucky State Contract numbers and include warranties, insurance, and workers‑comp documentation. Selection will be based 100 % on cost, with a minimum bid threshold of $75.
• Full furniture package includes desks, chairs, tables, casework, storage, and specialty items for labs and lecture halls.
• Vendor must deliver and install items during normal business hours (Mon‑Fri, 8 am‑4 pm) and hold inventory at its own facility until Murray State releases them.
• All items must be current‑model, new, and listed on a Kentucky State Contract; “approved equals” substitutions are permitted with supporting literature.
