Description
The City of Chandler is seeking a qualified professional engineering firm to provide full construction‑management services for the Kyrene Branch and Highline Canal Shared‑Use Paths project. The scope includes overseeing construction of concrete shared‑use paths, lighting, landscaping, signage, signalized crossings, and pavement‑marking improvements, as well as utility coordination, permitting, quality‑assurance, and public outreach. The consultant will act as the lead CM, conduct weekly coordination meetings, manage schedules, process RFIs and change orders, and ensure compliance with FHWA “Buy America” and other federal requirements.
• Project length: approximately 1.15 mi of shared‑use paths plus bike lanes, requiring multi‑disciplinary CM services.
• Deliverables: weekly meeting minutes, schedule updates, RFI/SHOP‑DRAWING logs, inspection reports, close‑out documentation, and stakeholder coordination records.
• Eligibility: Must be pre‑qualified with ADOT’s Engineering Consultants Section, hold Arizona professional licenses, maintain a local AZ office, and satisfy extensive federal compliance (Buy America, Title VI, Prompt‑Pay, forced‑labor ban, etc.).
