Description
The Berlin Borough Board of Education is seeking a qualified provider to deliver behavioral‑support staffing services (Registered Behavior Technicians – RBTs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its K‑12 schools. The contract will begin in January 2026 and cover the remainder of the 2025‑26 school year, with an option for annual renewals. Vendors must be an approved NJDOE agency, provide up to five RBTs on a daily basis, handle recruitment, training, supervision, and reporting, and submit extensive compliance documentation.
• Provide up to 5 RBTs (6 paid hours per day) across preschool, elementary, and middle‑school schedules.
• Supervision by a company‑provided BCBA with monthly supervision documentation.
• Vendor must supply all administrative functions (recruiting, training, placement reports, insurance, NJ business registration, affirmative‑action, political‑contribution disclosures, etc.).
• No budget ceiling is disclosed; vendors must propose a daily rate (RBT rate + administrative up‑charge) that remains fixed for the contract term.
