Purchase of Terminal Junction

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking to purchase a Terminal Junction, specifically the item with National Stock Number 5940-01-485-1763, Part Number M81714/17-D33, and Alternate Part Number 592629-5. The USCG requires 40 units of this item, and the contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. The contractor must also provide a Certificate of Airworthiness or equivalent in accordance with FAA procedures. * The item must be a new, approved part from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). * The contractor must provide pricing, including any quantity price discounts and discounts for prompt payment. * The USCG may increase the quantity by forty (40) each, for a maximum quantity of eighty (80) each at the same unit price as the original order, for up to three hundred and sixty-five (365) days after the initial award date. * The contractor must provide full and clear traceability for each part delivered. * The contractor must comply with the packaging, marking, and preservation requirements specified in the solicitation. * The contractor must conduct a reasonable inquiry to determine if any prohibited products or services are being used. * The contractor must report any non-compliant products or services to the contracting officer within 72 hours.
