Description
The Iowa Army National Guard is seeking a vendor to provide lunch and dinner meals for the period of 02 – 08 Jun 2026. The meals will be served in Waverly, IA and Waterloo, IA. The vendor must submit a quote in accordance with the Meals Requirements Statement and Menus identified in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The basis for award is price, and the Government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to the responsible vendor submitting the lowest-priced responsive quotation that meets the minimum requirements.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing lunch and dinner meals for the specified period
• Meeting the minimum requirements outlined in the Meals Requirements Statement and Menus
• Coordinating with the Unit Point of Contact for meal delivery and setup
• Having a current, active registration in System for Award Management (SAM)
• Submitting invoices electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) application
