RFQ-PFD - OWNER'S PROJECT MANAGER SERVICES FOR THE MADISON PARK TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

The City of Boston’s Public Facilities Department is seeking an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) to lead the feasibility and schematic design phases of the Madison Park Technical Vocational High School reconstruction, a $650‑$700 million school project. The OPM will manage the project team, conduct cost estimating, value‑engineering, constructability reviews, schedule analyses, and issue recommendations to keep the project on time and within budget.
