Description
The Crisp County Board of Education is seeking bids for the re-roofing of Crisp County High School. The scope of work includes partial removal of the existing roofing system, installation of new roof deck insulation, new single-ply roofing (PVC) system, metal flashing, metal wall panels, and EIFS wall systems, windows, and protective covers.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid conference on July 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• Bids must be submitted on the prescribed bid form, with all blank spaces filled in, and accompanied by a bid bond of 5% of the base bid.
• The contract will be awarded on a lump-sum basis, and the successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each equal to 100% of the contract price.
• The project is subject to the terms of the Georgia Vendor Manual and the laws of the State of Georgia.
