Description
The Department of Environmental Protection is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of a hydropneumatic pressure tank. The project requires the contractor to complete all work within four business days from the start date and prior to June 30, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for notifying the contract manager once the tank is ready for delivery and scheduling the removal, installation, and inspection date.
• The initial term of the contract will be upon execution and shall continue until October 1, 2026, with no renewals.
• A mandatory pre-response site visit is scheduled for 2/2/26 at 9:30 AM at Rodman Campground.
• Questions due by 2/9/26 at 5:00 PM via email to the procurement officer.
• Responses due by 3/9/26 at 3:00 PM.
• Public opening of bids will be held on 3/10/26 at 10:00 AM via phone conference.
