Description
The project involves the renovation of an existing consumer skills Masonry classroom into a Barber School in the Vocational Building at the Luther Luckett Correctional Complex. The scope of work includes new ceilings and flooring, floor and wall cutting, exposed ceilings replacement, minor modifications to doors and hardware, new lighting, receptacles, and panel, heat pumps, an exhaust fan, and associated ductwork. The owner will provide barber school furniture and equipment. The project requires electronic bid submission through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system.
