The Navy’s Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Lakehurst, NJ seeks a commercially available, high‑performance search and retrieval software platform with an online subscription that provides comprehensive parts‑logistics and acquisition data. The solution must be fully functional at award time (no development effort) and support up to 15 simultaneous users (out of a pool of ~750 potential users). Required capabilities include advanced search by NSN, NIIN, manufacturer, CAGE, platform, wildcard and batch queries (≥2,000 items), result export to Excel, real‑time pricing, availability, technical characteristics, and cross‑referencing to various logistics databases (e.g., DLA FLIS, ASSIST, QPL/QML). The vendor must also deliver customer support during Lakehurst business hours, live web‑based training, and ensure electronic delivery of licenses/access.
