FY26 D08 Range Safety Improvements

The U.S. Marshals Service, District of Arizona, is seeking a contractor to provide range safety improvements at the Sandra Day O'Connor Courthouse USMS shooting range in Phoenix, AZ. The scope of work includes installing new AR500 plates over the existing galvanized low-carbon steel for structural integrity and prevention, hanging steel over the exposed portion of the trap, and installing 24 rubber blocks in front of the trap funnel to retain granulated rubber. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary construction materials and tools and will have access to government-furnished equipment and information. The contractor must also provide a 365-day installation warranty and pass a basic background check.
