$2,000,000 – $4,000,000

The bid package lists numerous unit‑price items (e.g., 8,800 CY of channel excavation, 11 tons of limestone, 340 tons of rip‑rap, 5 acres of grassing, etc.). Assuming average unit costs typical for Mississippi civil‑engineering work in 2026 (excavation ≈ $45/ CY, limestone ≈ $30/ TON, rip‑rap ≈ $120/ TON, erosion blankets ≈ $2/ SY, mobilization ≈ $150,000, etc.), the total base‑bid estimate falls roughly between $2 million and $4 million.
