PLUMBING FIXTURE UPGRADES

The Colorado Convention Center is seeking a vendor to provide plumbing fixture upgrades. The scope of services includes the purchase of various plumbing products, such as lavatory faucets, toilets, and water heaters. The vendor must provide and maintain any necessary permits and licenses, and have knowledge of service and certification as per manufacturer requirements. The vendor must also be familiar with LEED certification requirements and be able to supply products that help the CCC meet those needs. The initial term of the agreement will be for 90 days from the date of the award. • The purchase includes 22 lavatory faucets, 150 toilets, 3 water heaters, 10 expansion tanks, and 10 thermal expansion tanks. • The vendor must provide an itemized quote, including scope of services, description, unit price, applicable sales tax, and any additional charges or fees. • The vendor must also provide technical and warranty specifications, if applicable. • The vendor's certification, including their company description, year of establishment, and SIC/NAICS code, is required.
