Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division is seeking a contractor to provide on-site equipment calibration services. The contractor must be an ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) accredited company and meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and/or ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 and/or ANSI/NCSL Z540-3. The contractor will be responsible for calibrating a list of equipment on-site, with some equipment potentially being transported to the contractor's facility for calibration. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Calibration for each item calibrated, which shall include the manufacturer, nomenclature, model number, serial number, calibration date, next calibration due date, status, and a designated area for "Remarks".
The key requirements of this solicitation include:
• Providing on-site equipment calibration services
• Meeting the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and/or ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 and/or ANSI/NCSL Z540-3
• Providing a Certificate of Calibration for each item calibrated
• Coordinating with the FACB Site Representative for on-site calibration
• Transporting equipment to the contractor's facility for calibration, if necessary
• Notifying the FACB Site Representative of any delays in calibration
• Providing a separate quote for items calibrated on-site versus off-site
