Construction of Pre-Engineered Metal Building - Wyoming State Hospital - Wyoming Dept. of Health

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking bids for the construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building at the Wyoming State Hospital. The project includes the construction of a new 80’ X 100’ Pre-Engineered Metal Building over a concrete slab and foundation, as well as site work such as installation of a sand oil separator, utility services, small retention pond, grading, asphalt, and concrete work. • The project has an estimated completion date of October 31, 2026. • A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on February 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. MT. • Bidders must submit their bids through the Public Purchase online bidding system by 1:00 p.m. MT on March 16, 2026. • The successful bidder will be required to execute a formal contract with the Procuring Agency and provide a performance and payment bond. • The contract will include provisions for liquidated damages, prevailing wages, and warranties.
