Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking a contractor to perform a full upgrade to the Ultra-High Frequency (UHF)/Very-High Frequency (VHF) and High-Frequency (HF) radio suite of a full fleet of aircraft. The upgrade will provide the Second Generation Anti-Jam Tactical UHF Radio for North America Treaty Organization (NATO) (SATURN) and Tactical Secure Voice Cryptographic Interoperability Specification (TSVCIS) capabilities for the aircraft. The project involves integration and installation of the radios. Key aspects of the project include:
• Upgrade of the radio suite to provide SATURN and TSVCIS capabilities
• Integration and installation of the radios
• Access to classified Technical Documentation needed for submission of complete proposal
• Requirement for bidders to have access to SIPR e-mail
