Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs) Cleaning Services

The City of Santa Clara is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) Cleaning services at the Donald Von Raesfeld (DVR) Power Plant. The selected contractor will provide the services as defined in Attachment A. The City will issue an Agreement to the successful bidder for an initial five (5) year period of performance, with the option to exercise up to five (5) additional one-year period extensions for a total of ten (10) years. • The contractor must possess a valid State of California Contractor’s License Class 61/38 Sand and Water Blasting. • The contractor must have five (5) years’ experience providing Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) Cleaning Services to public agencies. • The contractor must register with the Department of Industrial Relations prior to submitting its bid. • The contractor must provide 3 (three) customer references that demonstrate the bidder’s ability to provide the products and/or services required by this RFB.
