The VA intends to sole‑source a firm‑fixed‑price contract for Evoqua’s EON® Portable Reverse Osmosis water purification system and associated consumables, services, and training to support hemodialysis across approximately 80 VA medical centers. The system must be FDA‑cleared, meet AAMI/ANSI/ISO 23500‑series standards, be portable for bedside deployment, and include automated disinfection, microbial/endotoxin control, leak detection, data logging, and a comprehensive service model (installation, preventive‑maintenance agreements, extended warranties, and training). The award will cover the base system, transport carts, filters, disinfectants, test kits, spare parts, and multi‑tiered maintenance contracts (monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual) as well as optional extended warranties and on‑site training.
• Provide a cart‑mounted, FDA‑cleared portable RO system capable of 500‑800 mL/min flow and ultrapure dialysis‑grade water.
• Deliver a full suite of consumables (filters, disinfectants, test kits, hoses, fittings) and support services (installation, preventive‑maintenance, warranty extensions, technical/clinical training).
• Support enterprise‑wide deployment across ~80 VA facilities, including an existing base of 67 sites, with nationwide OEM‑authorized service and data‑logging for audit compliance.
