SCPH ENTRY, REGISTRATION, PRE-POST, & PACU IMPROVEMENTS

The St. Charles Parish Hospital (SCPH) is seeking a qualified Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CMAR) to provide pre‑construction services and later construct a new entry vestibule, registration area, and renovations to the Surgery, Pre‑Op, Post‑Op and PACU spaces. The scope includes design‑assist, cost estimating, schedule development, value engineering, procurement of major subcontractor bids, and delivery of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for a total construction budget of approximately $4.3 million, plus a fixed pre‑construction fee of $43 k. The procurement follows Louisiana R.S. 38:2225.2.4 CMAR procedures, with a non‑mandatory pre‑submission conference on April 2, 2026, question deadline April 13, 2026, and final RFQ submission due April 20, 2026. Evaluation will be based on a 100‑point scoring sheet covering business organization, safety, experience, and approach for both pre‑construction and construction phases.
