Budget estimate

$200,000 – $400,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the materials required. The project involves the replacement of a chiller, which can cost anywhere from $50,000 to $200,000 or more, depending on the size and type of chiller. Additionally, the project includes the installation of a new cooling and heating system, electrical system, and controls system, which can add tens of thousands of dollars to the total cost. The allowance funds allocated to this project are $40,000, which suggests that the total budget could be in the range of $150,000 to $500,000 or more. Therefore, a reasonable estimate for the budget would be between $200,000 and $400,000.
