Missoula County is seeking a professional motorsports production partner to stage three consecutive evenings of family‑friendly motorsports entertainment at the Western Montana Fair. The contractor must provide full turnkey production services—including arena preparation, participant recruitment, staffing (arena manager, stewards, announcer, music), safety and insurance compliance, prize‑money administration, post‑event cleanup, and ongoing year‑round collaboration for sponsorship and marketing. The contract starts with the 2026 fair (July 31‑Aug 2) and includes a second‑year option for the 2027 fair, with possible extensions through 2032. The award will be made on March 31 2026, and proposals are due March 20 2026.
• Deliver three 2‑2.5 hour motorsports performances, plus optional daytime programming.
• Provide all logistics, technical inspections, safety plan, insurance (general liability $1M/$3M, professional liability, workers’ comp) and post‑event arena restoration within 24 hrs.
