Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking a qualified contractor to remove existing carpet and install new carpet on the third floor of the Administrative Building at USCG Base Ketchikan, Alaska. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, qualified bidder and is contingent upon funding. The work must be completed within 90 calendar days of contract award, during normal business hours (0700‑1630 AKST, Monday‑Friday). No pre‑award site walk is required; the contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, disposal services, and comply with industry standards. Questions are due by September 25 2026, and the award/start is expected in November 2026.
