Description
Cleveland Community College is seeking a vendor to provide professional lawn and grounds maintenance services, including labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies. The contract term is three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for maintaining the college's 105-acre campus, including mowing, edging, and cleanup of turf areas, as well as trimming and pruning of ornamental trees and shrubs. The vendor will also be required to provide emergency response services, snow and ice removal, and overseeding of turf areas.
