Description
The City of Norfolk is seeking qualified contractors to provide ongoing maintenance for its network of pedestrian counters. This work includes routine inspection, cleaning, calibration, repair of electronic components, and documentation of service activities to ensure reliable operation for pedestrian traffic monitoring.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on all pedestrian counting devices.
• Diagnose and repair hardware or software issues, including sensor replacement and firmware updates.
