Description
The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is seeking a qualified Design-Builder to provide design and construction services for the installation of water main extensions into existing neighborhoods in the areas of Blossom Street, Chadwick Acres, and Cape Landing. The project will include design, obtaining of permits, creation of engineering reports, public outreach assistance, construction phase engineering services, and ultimately the construction of water main extensions. The selected Design-Builder will form a team with CFPUA and execute preliminary and final comprehensive agreements for design and construction.

The ideal candidate will have experience with design-build projects, water distribution projects, and working in an active urban environment.
