Description
The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for an Exterior Facade Restoration project at the Murray Hill Annex in New York, NY. The project involves restoring the exterior facade of the building and has an estimated cost of $8,000,000 to $9,000,000. The successful offeror will be required to submit a Sub-Contracting Plan and Project Specific Safety Plan acceptable to the USPS Contracting Officer before a Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
