Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from potential vendors on their ability to provide Endoscope and Bronchoscope Lease, Preventative, and Repair Services for use at Alexandria VAMC. The contractor shall furnish full leasing, preventative maintenance, and repair services, including preventive maintenance inspections, for Endoscope (GI) scopes and scope-related equipment/accessories. The expected period of performance is a base of one year, with two additional one-year options exercisable at the government's discretion, for a total of 36 months agreement.
• The contractor shall ensure all leased scopes are new or manufacturer-level refurbished and meet manufacturer specifications.
• The contractor shall provide repair services, which may consist of calibration, cleaning, oiling, adjusting, replacing parts, etc.
• The contractor shall maintain the equipment in accordance with the Conformance Standards Section.
• The contractor shall provide updates, including hardware updates, upon release at no additional cost to the government throughout the life of the contract.
