Description
The Atlanta Public Schools is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the renovations and site improvements at Booker T. Washington High School. The project includes renovations and site improvements, with a total stated cost limitation of $2,125,000 for Phase 1 and $32,000,000 for Phase 2. The CMAR will be responsible for providing preconstruction services, including design phase, construction documents phase, and bidding and award phase. The CMAR will also be responsible for providing construction services, including replacement of roofs, introduction of ERUs, and upgrades to HVAC systems.
