Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is seeking to award a sole-source supply contract for an Accumix Dry Acid Dissolution System to support the operations of the Hemodialysis Department at David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base, CA. The system will automate the preparation of dry acid concentrate products and ensure accurate mixing, verification, and safe transfer to storage tanks. The contract will be awarded to Fresenius USA, Inc., the sole manufacturer and distributor of the equipment. The key aspects of the job include:
• Procuring a new dry acid mixer to ensure consistent hemodialysis quality and patient safety
• Installing the Mix Tank-Isopure and ISO Base Pretreat 3600/3000 AquaA&A2/B
• Providing certified installation services
• Delivering the equipment to David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA within 30 days after receipt of award.
