Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide massage therapy services at the Langley Sports and Fitness Center. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform massage therapy services. The contractor must provide massage tables and chairs, standard intake forms, service-ready linens, a printer for administrative documentation, and cleaning and sanitation supplies to maintain a professional, safe, and hygienic service environment. The contractor will also be required to provide online scheduling and schedule confirmation procedures.
Some key points to consider:
• The contractor must provide valid and legible copies of certifications per the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must demonstrate a full understanding of the requirement and their capability to perform the services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
• The NAFI will pay an 80/20 split of the monthly proceeds from the Langley Sports and Fitness Center Massage Therapy concessionaire contract.
• The contract is expected to be for a base period of 12 months, with four option years.
