Wylie-Mallard Transmission Line Construction

The City of Garland is seeking a contractor to rebuild approximately 5.5 miles of single circuit 138 kV transmission line from a new bay at the Wylie Switchyard to the new Mallard Substation Facility. The project includes the installation of new conductor, OPGW, and hardware, as well as the removal of existing structures, foundations, and conductors. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the City's specifications and standards.
