The Port Authority of Allegheny County is seeking a vendor to supply two consumable products – 3M graphic film with Comply adhesive (48 in × 50 yd) and 3M pre‑masking tape (30 in × 100 yd). The contract is a two‑year, fixed‑price supply agreement; the vendor must quote on both line items (50 rolls of film and 30 rolls of tape) and meet all technical specifications, insurance, and certification requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 a.m. on 21 August 2026, with questions due by 14 August 2026.
