Budget estimate

$5,375,000 – $10,750,000

The budget for this opportunity can be estimated based on the construction costs of the projects. The preliminary estimates of construction costs for the projects are: $30,000,000 for the Franklin Early Education Building, $6,000,000 for the Obama Center Modernization, $70,000,000 for the Samohi Student Services Building, and $1,500,000 for the Samohi Barnum Hall Window Replacement. Assuming a construction management fee of 5-10% of the total construction cost, the budget for each project would be: $1,500,000 to $3,000,000 for the Franklin Early Education Building, $300,000 to $600,000 for the Obama Center Modernization, $3,500,000 to $7,000,000 for the Samohi Student Services Building, and $75,000 to $150,000 for the Samohi Barnum Hall Window Replacement. Therefore, the total budget for all projects could be in the range of $5,375,000 to $10,750,000.
