Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections at State Correctional Institution‑Camp Hill is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive sewer, grease‑trap, and vacuum‑truck services, including emergency response, scheduled clean‑outs, video camera inspections, and disposal of waste material. The contract requires rapid 2‑hour response times, use of appropriate equipment, and compliance with background‑check and clearance requirements for all personnel.
• Up to 110 hours of emergency vacuum‑truck services annually
• 160 hours of combined jetting/vacuum‑truck emergency services
• Bi‑weekly scheduled vacuum cleaning of R Block lift station; as‑needed cleaning of N and I Block manholes (monthly/bi‑monthly)
• Annual cleaning of a 10,000‑gallon kitchen grease trap and ash pit
• 40 hours of video‑camera inspections per year
• Mandatory pre‑bid site visit on 09/15/2026 (must be attended to bid)
