Landscape Maintenance Services for Medians and Roadsides

The City of Tucson is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide landscape maintenance services for the City Right-of-Way, including weed control, pest control, plant maintenance, tree maintenance, and litter removal. The areas to be serviced have been divided into four groups: Northwest, Southwest, Northeast, and Southeast. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining all sites under this contract free of litter, trash, and other debris, and for performing other tasks such as pruning, irrigation system maintenance, and palm tree maintenance. The contractor must also establish a quality control program and submit daily work schedules to the City Representative. • The contract will be for an initial term with the option for renewal. • The contractor must have a license to perform pest and weed control services. • The contractor must have experience with landscape maintenance and tree care. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the required services. • The contractor must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with City staff.
