Bryan ISD Multi-Campus Renovations

The Bryan Independent School District is seeking proposals for the Multi Campus Renovations Phase 03 project. The project involves renovations to multiple campuses, including demolition, concrete rehabilitation, masonry, metals, wood, plastics, and composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems. The estimated budget for the project is $4,000,000. The project is expected to be completed within 240 days. • The project requires a pre-proposal conference, which is not mandatory. • The proposal documents include the request for competitive sealed proposals, instructions to offerors, proposal form, and proposed contract documents. • The owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any formalities or irregularities. • The selected offeror will be required to provide a performance bond and payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract sum. • The project requires compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wage rates, insurance, and subcontracting.
