Description
The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to manage retail food space. The contract will be for a period of 60 months, starting from July 1, 2025, and ending on June 30, 2030. The vendor will be responsible for managing the retail food space at 555 W. Monroe. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled to explain the procurement requirements.
• The vendor must provide a technical response and a commitment to diversity vendor answer form.
• The vendor must also upload a completed offer with an authorized signature.
• The proposal due date is December 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the state.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
