Auction Services for Confiscated Firearms

The City of Murfreesboro is seeking a qualified firm to provide auction services for confiscated firearms. The selected firm will be responsible for selling approximately 791 firearms, and must have a licensed auctioneer on staff and a Federal Firearms License. The firm must also comply with all federal and state laws and regulations related to the sale of firearms. The City requires a comprehensive plan for auction services, including details on how the firm will advertise, handle the sale, and deliver the items.
