Public Defender Services

The City of Boulder City is seeking a qualified attorney or law firm to provide comprehensive public defense services for indigent defendants in the Boulder City Municipal Court. The selected provider will be responsible for representing defendants in all stages of litigation, including pretrial, trial, and sentencing. The provider must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and have experience in criminal law, particularly in municipal court. The contract term is expected to be 24 months, with an option for renewal.
